“Mission” memory is “film sections” jointed from the “small pieces” of the past, from the birth of the ancient Museum building with the first collection of artifacts acquired from donation of “antique lovers”, to the arduous journey of thinking of an identification name for the Museum to give it a noble mission: preservation and development of cultural heritage values.
“Transfer and Innovation” memory: it is the process of building, shaping, changing from the appearance to the contents of activities: collection, exhibition, education, communication, inventory, conservationwith the efforts of generations of the museum staff to make the Museum to become a indispensable heritage destination of Saigon - Ho Chi Minh City residents as well as visitors from the country and overseas.
